A maximum of one credit card or pre-paid credit card may be used per order.

For your security, your billing name and address must be entered exactly how it appears on your credit card statement. An order that does not match this criteria will not be processed.


We will process your refund immediately after goods have been inspected and approved for restocking. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive the product into our facility for inspection. Also note a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods unless under warranty. All refunds will be credited or paid out in the original form of payment. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your credit refund.


In order to give the best service possible, we recommend using a credit card with a credit line, your PayPal account, or a debt card that is linked to a financial institute. While ABX Group Inc is currently able to accept pre-paid cards, we recommend checking the terms of use of the card before committing to a purchase. Refunds on prepaid cards and removal of card authorizations can take up to 30 days to process. In addition, some cards are not reloadable, which will prevent us from being able to credit your if a returns takes place. If you decide to utilize a pre-paid card to make a purchase, please retain the card until you receive your purchase. ABX Group Inc may require proof of the card terms if use if we are unable to credit you. If we are unloadable to process a credit and are able to verify that this is a non-reloadable card, we will issue a ABX Group Inc gift card, usable at our website(s).


We occasionally offer exclusive promotional codes to customers who sign up for an account or through marketing promotion. The premium offers provide limited time discounts on ABX Group merchandise.

To apply a code that you have received, proceed to checkout. Once you're on the payment page, enter the code exactly as it appears in the "Using a Promo Code" field. Codes are case sensitive. Click "Apply" to activate code. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your payment summary. If the product is excluded from the promotion or code is expired, the code will not apply. Only one promo code per order will be applied.


We are unable to make changes or cancel and order once it has been placed. However, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and handling.

Occasionally, orders are canceled by our system if a product is unavailable and is not list as "Pre-Order" products or if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.
