WARRANTY & RETURNS
ABX Group guarantees all its products against material and manufacturing defects for up to 120 days from date of purchase but not against normal ever day wear and tear, improper use of gear and any types of alterations or modifications.
ABX Group offers a 30 Day Return Policy on all products from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have credited back your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for this return process once we receive the product into our warehouse. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we monitor all returns and exchanges to identify possible misuse of our return/exchange policy. On very rare occasions and only due to an extremely high rate of returns by a single customer in a short amount of time, we might flag and account to protect our return/exchange policy for all our customers.
ALL BODY ARMOR IS INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS' LIABILITY AND SAFETY.
If you haven’t received a refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account. If it is still not showing a refund, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
If you need to exchange an item for the same item but in a different size of color, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then issue an exchange by having you ship the product(s) back to the ABX Group Warehouse. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Fill out all proper information in the Merchandise Return/Exchange form included in your original shipment from ABX Group Inc. Place return product(s) in a suitable shipping container, insert the Merchandise Return/Exchange form filled out along with the returned item(s) and original retail packaging. Include the original packing slip or invoice with this shipment for verification of purchase. Once content is securely sealed in its shipping container, cut and tape on top of the return package, the return label provided at the bottom of the Merchandise Return/Exchange form. We do not cover the cost of return shipping charges.
It is recommended using a shipping service that provides a traceable tracking number for your records as we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive to our warehouse.
1. Complete the Merchandise Return/Exchange form provided in your original shipment by including the Quantity Per Style, Style Number, Description of Item, Return Code Number (Code numbers listed below) and fill in whether the item(s) is for Exchange or Return.
2. If Exchanging merchandise please list at bottom of the Merchandise Return/Exchange form the item you are exchanging for by including Style Number, Style Name, Fit, Size, and Color.
3. Once the form is filled out completely, please insert this Merchandise Return/Exchange form into the packaging with the returned item(s) and follow the Return or Exchange Procedure listed above to complete the return process.
4. Please ship the return items with all the required content in suitable packaging to the following address:
